ALLOY
SELECTION
Stellite The most widely used alloy family is Stellite, based on the ternary system; cobalt-chromium-tungsten. The composition endows the alloys with hot hardness above 6000C coupled with excellent wear, galling, corrosion and erosion resistance. |

Deloro
Deloro alloys are nickelbased, exhibit superior corrosion properties and are resistant to abrasion and wear. They retain their hardness well at high temperatures. Some of the alloys in the Deloro family have a wide melting range, allowing them to be applied by the spray and fuse, and powder-weld processes. |

Tribaloy
The Tribaloy inter-metallic family comprises both cobalt and nickel base alloys with outstanding resistance to high temperature-wear, galling and corrosion. |

Stelcar
A specialised carbide and metal matrix composite material, designed to meet highly abrasive and erosive conditions. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Stellundum
Composed of advanced ceramic powders, are able to resist extreme temperatures and abrasive conditions. |
